A position has become available in the Operations Department at the Head Office, Cape Town for a Operations Support Administrator.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrator
- Matric or Higher Certificate
- Office administration or similar
- Advanced Microsoft Suite end user certificate
- Microsoft Office - full suite - advanced
- Preparing PowerPoint presentation
- inherent requirement
- Advance excel skills - working with complex formulas
- Working with office systems (various operations, accounting and reporting systems)
- Business writing skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Monthly capturing of food costs
- Collating of declarations and food costs
- Uniform orders and stock control
- Sending invoicing details to finance and marketing for uniform orders
- Couriering Uniforms
- Controlling and issuing of Hussar Grill Gift Vouchers
- Voucher redemption capturing and processing
- Customer complaints (passing on and monitoring complaints that come in via the website and customer care centre) to the point of resolution.
- Be able to work on SMART system
- Booking and co-ordinating The Hussar Grill Training
- Answering all calls relating to Hussar Grill daily/general enquiries from the restaurant
- Menu matrix-all aspects relating to the Hussar Grill menu including cost competitor analysis.
- Capturing B.I information onto the system
- Capturing ALL of The Hussar Grill operations reports on Ops Manager.
- Filing of ALL the Operation Manager’s operations, service, financial and store visits etc.
- Typing of letters, reports, dictations, meeting minutes and filing
- Collate credit card expenses
- Manage diary and set up meetings
- Booking flights and accommodation for country trips for team members
- Ability to work without supervision
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to co-ordinate and organise
- Ability to compile own correspondence
- Ability to cope under pressure and meet deadlines
- Discretion, trustworthiness and being able to keep confidentiality
- Professional approach and appearance
