**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As our **Marketing & Communications Co-ordinator**, you will:

- Develop and implement a scalable, foundational marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage and update company websites, ensuring SEO best practices and brand accuracy.
- Lead engaging social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) with a monthly content calendar.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and report on performance metrics.
- Support the sales team with branded documentation, brochures, pitch decks, and client-facing content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
- Participate in relevant forums and community groups to boost online brand presence.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends (IT services, fibre, and digital).
- Uphold brand consistency and governance across platforms and internal documents.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in:

- Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication
- Integrated Communication
- Business Administration with a Marketing focus
- IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems with demonstrated marketing interest
- Google Digital Marketing or Google Ads
- Meta Blueprint or Social Media Marketing
- HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEO, or CRM Tools
- Freelance portfolio, or student project experience in digital/content marketing
- 1-2 years work experience as a Marketing & Communications Co-ordinator
- Strong business writing skills, especially explaining technical services in a simple, impactful way
- Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or ConnectWise

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid SA Driver’s Licence & own reliable vehicle
- Cell phone with data for remote support if needed
- Open to South African citizens only
