**Job description**

We are looking for 2 x Salesforce Consultant for a 12 month contract for Cape Town and Sandton respectively.

**SCOPE OF WORK**
- 5-8 years business/IT experience
- Experience in Service delivery within multinational Co.

ITIL Foundation Certified
- Certification and experience in Salesforce Admin (Service and Commerce Cloud experience advantage)

**Day to day**

1. Act as a single point of contact for the market (front office, stores and coaches)

2. Logging and managing resolution of business IT tickets (Service requests and Changes requests) for Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Support Commerce Cloud

3. Stakeholder management

4. Escalation management

5. IT Service management entrenchment6. Reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to R100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Century City, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
