**Job Description**:
To work closely with linked Business Partner accounts to define the Business Partner’s strategy and growth plans and align them with Sage AME’s growth initiatives and strategies. The Partner Account Manager is there to assist linked accounts and act as the Business Partner’s contact into Sage. The Partner Account Manager is required to build solid professional relationships with the Channel and internally through the various Sage departments.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of integrity and ethics in all dealings/relationships. This ensures that you protect both your personal and the Sage brand.
- Drive an increase in onboarding the Sage Product stack and/or growing existing base.
- Ensure
- Drive a high level of satisfaction of all managed partners by driving the Single point of contact agenda for business partners so as to minimize delays.
- Address Partner Concerns and support partners in getting action/resolution to queries. Your activities should increase Channel Presence as well as Sage engagement and Channel activity.
- Assist Partners in getting in touch with the right individuals within the Sage Team to Assist them.
- Drive activities within the channel and managed partners. These activities are also referenced in the example of PAM related activities but are not limited to the proposed list and may include activities within a reasonable scope.
- Drive success in managed partner accounts by developing clear and agreed business plans.
- Complete Business plan details; Contacts, Marketing plans, Forecast and targets.
- Ensure that partner contact details on the plans are as current as possible.
- Understand and report back the challenges Partners experience. And influence the organization to strategically create visibility to the challenges and drive awareness/resolution.
