The Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) Lead is responsible to business development, business planning and relationship building with assigned strategic partners.

The PRM is responsible for partner business planning and maximizing strategic direction and execution of partner sales and investment strategies for strategic and large scale Sage partner(s). The PRM is facilitates the navigation within the Sage organization toward achieving sales, profitability, growth and business plan objectives. The PRM may represent the entire range of Sage products to a business partner in totality. The PRM Leader will lead a team of PRM’s, assign accounts and work with the direct reports to ensure that their KPI’s and targets are met.

The PRM will maximize sales opportunities, drive business development, establish and manage executive/primary relationships, and provide a single point of contact with Sage for strategic top partner(s) providing three main focus areas - sales specialist, business growth consultant, and relationship manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
Business growth consultant providing advice and assistance to partners in maximizing opportunities to build and accelerate the partner's business and revenue
- Build and manage the relationship with the partner as a trusted advisor
- Proactively enables the team to complete partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Monitor goals set by partner and Sage to increase partner product revenue productivity and ensure the success to drive cloud adoption
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting and planning information
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including marketing, activating marketing delvelopmenmt funding and campaigns, and resources planning to meet partner performance objectives and expectations
- Track and communicate key performance metrics such as New License Revenue, Product Revenue, pipeline strength, customer renewal rates, by month, quarter and fiscal year and provide feedback for course correction that allow partner to meet or exceed goal
- Manage long complex sales cycles - often involving multiple Sage products and decision makers through strategic planning and securing the appropriate resources (either Sage or Partner) to best support the opportunity at the optimum point in the sales cycle
- Maintains complete, timely and accurate partner profile, lead tracking, pipeline management and sales plan information consistent with established processes in relevant IT systems.
- Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to Channel rules of Engagement (RoE)
- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and drives adoption of the Sage Partner Program
- Provides input to the team and evidence in support of Market Development Fund (MDF) requests and approval processes
- Act in coherence with Sage Standards of Business Conduct Skills.
