We are looking for a dedicated HR Intern that is results driven and a self-starter who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Post positions on career portals and job boards within tight timeframes.
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed.
- Conduct detailed competency-based interviews.
- Create and update job descriptions.
- Perform background and reference checks.
- Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
- Organize our employee referral process.
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
- Maintaining and updating employee records.
- Networking to ensure strong database of skills.

EDUCATION & SKILLS
- Holds a degree within the field of Human Resource Management or other Humanities degree.
- Must have keen interest in recruitment.
- Minimum of a year proven experience functioning in a general HR capacity.
- Experience in working within a people management function.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment and tracking.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Be well-organized and energetic and can manage daily tasks effectively.
