The Head of HR will deal with issues related to employees such as recruitment, industrial relations issues, staff counselling, career path planning, employee assistance, performance management, organization development, health and safety, wellness, remuneration and benefits, employee motivation, discipline, communication, administration, skills development, employment equity and company policies.

The HR Manager will need to enable employees to contribute effectively and productively to the overall company direction and the accomplishment of the organization's goals and objectives.

Relevant HR/Industrial Psych/related Diploma / Degree.
8-10 years’ experience of which at least 4-5 years on management level.
HR generalist experience.
Prior industry experience within the software / IT sector.
International experience is extremely advantageous but not in itself a deal breaker.
