- Type in data provided directly from business.
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
- Keep records and reports up to date.
- Help maintain the budget plan.
- Handle and resolve queries or complaints
- Adherence to HR, finance, administration and procurement policies and procedures

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- ITC clear and with no Criminal record
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Fast Typing Speed 50 - 60 WPM
- High level of accuracy
- High level of concentration
- High level of to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
