Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Data capturing
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Arrange travel and accommodations when required
Perform other administrative duties
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Matric
Drivers License with own reliable transport is essential
Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English is required
Stable work track record as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Insurance Industry experience will be an added benefit
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Professional attitude and appearance
Reliable
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
