**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations across 2 Pedros branches within the area.
- Lead, support, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to Pedros brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and store cleanliness through regular site visits and audits.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and P&L performance for each location.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Identify training needs and promote a culture of performance, accountability, and teamwork.
- Work closely with the franchise owner on marketing campaigns, new initiatives, and business improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of management experience** in Quick Service Restaurants, preferably within the flame-grilled or chicken segment but not essential
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and large teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
- Sound financial understanding and P&L management experience.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between stores regularly.
