About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee the operations of our 3 Pedros Flame-Grilled Chicken restaurants. The successful candidate will ensure each store delivers consistent product quality, excellent customer service, and operational excellence in line with the Pedros brand standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across 2 Pedros branches within the area. Lead, support, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve operational and financial goals. Ensure strict adherence to Pedros brand standards, policies, and procedures. Monitor food quality, service standards, and store cleanliness through regular site visits and audits. Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Manage budgets, cost controls, and P&L performance for each location. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Identify training needs and promote a culture of performance, accountability, and teamwork. Work closely with the franchise owner on marketing campaigns, new initiatives, and business improvements. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in Quick Service Restaurants, preferably within the flame-grilled or chicken segment but not essential. Proven ability to manage multiple sites and large teams. Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands‑on approach. Sound financial understanding and P&L management experience. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between stores regularly. Job Type & Location Full‑time. In person. #J-18808-Ljbffr
