Key Responsibilities:

- Management of all administration and financial management of the Bamogale within the scope of control.
- General fleet management in the region.
- Providing with all the information for running a cost-effective and productive Operations.
- Providing guidance and supervision on guarding services for the Region.
- Ensure excellent customer service for Bamogale. Maintaining good relations between the Client with regard to security services rendered.
- Ensuring that all sites are covered and Supervisors and officers are executing their patrols.
- Attend to meetings with clients.
- Ensuring that Security staff maintains required performance at all times.
- Dealing with all required administration matters: timesheets, leave, reports (monthly and quarterly), uniform, etc.
- Liaising daily with Area Manager on various operational issues.
- Attend to incidents on sites
- Represent the company at CCMA.
- Monthly reports 1st of Every month to National Operations Manager
- Quarterly reports on time TBA

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS;
- **Matric certificate/Grade 12**:

- **Valid Grade A.**:

- **Valid firearm competency**:

- **Security Management Diploma**:

- **Valid Drivers License**
- Five years of security management at the middle management level.
- Understand basic financial statements/budgets.
- Reconciliation of income and expenses
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required
- **No criminal record or pending.**:

- Well spoken in English
- Knowledge of Firearm rules and regulations
- Well-presented individual
- negotiation skills

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
