Outworx is looking for strong Sales agents for a UK based campaign.

Outworx are hiring **Cross Sales Agents** to connect with existing customers for a UK-based company. If you're ready to work in a dynamic and rewarding and target driven environment, we want to hear from you today

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Engage with customers telephonically to assist and find a selling point.
- Follow up with potential customers promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to proven sales processes and aim to exceed personal and team goals.
- Foster a culture of fairness, always acting in the customer’s best interest.
- Uphold and promote “Best Practice” in every interaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:1 Year or more inbound/outbound international sales experience. (Ideally UK Sales)
- **Qualifications**: Minimum completed and passed Grade 12 or NQF4 equivalent.
- **Skills**: Exceptional listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable working with computers.
- **Performance-Driven**: Take ownership of accuracy and meeting targets.
- **Flexibility**: Able to work UK hours - until 10pm and able to work weekends

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- USA Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- UK/USA upselling: 1 year (preferred)
- UK Sales: 1 year (preferred)
