Job description

Outworx is looking for strong Sales agents for a UK based campaign.

Are you a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales? Do you have a knack for sales and hitting targets out the park. Outworx are hiring Cross Sales Agents to connect with existing customers for a UK-based company. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with customers telephonically to assist and find a selling point.
  • Follow up with potential customers promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to proven sales processes and aim to exceed personal and team goals.
  • Foster a culture of fairness, always acting in the customer's best interest.
  • Uphold and promote "Best Practice" in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 Year or more inbound/outbound international sales experience. (Ideally UK Sales)
  • Qualifications: Minimum completed and passed Grade 12 or NQF4 equivalent.
  • Skills: Exceptional listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with computers.
  • Performance-Driven: Take ownership of accuracy and meeting targets.
  • Flexibility: Able to work UK hours - until 10pm and able to work weekends
