Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site Sales Agent role located in the City of Cape Town at Phoenix Global Holdings. The Sales Agent will be responsible for communication, customer service and sales on a daily basis. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in sales and customer service roles Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to meet and exceed sales targets Knowledge of UK culture experience is beneficial Requirements 3 - 6 Months UK Sales Experience, or 9+ Months customer service experience in the international call centre industry.
