A fast-growing UK-based workforce solutions provider delivering payroll and compliance services to clients across construction, logistics, and professional services sectors. The South African team supports global operations and expansion.

Role Summary:

We're seeking a motivated B2B Sales Agent to drive new business acquisition and manage outbound engagement with UK, USA, and Australian clients. You'll work consultatively with prospects, conduct product demos, and build lasting relationships while achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B telesales and client acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and brokers
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Schedule and host online product presentations or demos
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline records (HubSpot preferred)
  • Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

  • 3+ years' B2B sales experience (B2C advantage)
  • Proven telesales or targeted outbound sales record
  • Fluent, professional English (spoken and written) — essential
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Target-driven with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM tools (HubSpot ideal)
  • Experience engaging UK, USA, or Australian clients is an advantage

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with payroll, workforce management, or compliance services
  • Prior experience in construction, logistics, or staffing industries
  • Demonstrated success in SaaS or service-based B2B sales
