Job Title: UK Collections Agent

Location: Cape Town

/Permanent

Reports To: Collections Agent

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to UK clients regarding outstanding debts.
- Communicate effectively with clients to arrange repayment plans and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations and company policies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Collections Manager.
- Resolve client queries and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve collection targets.

Qualifications:

- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Must have 6 - 12 months experience in a UK call center or collections environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of UK regulations and debt collection practices is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
