Our **multinational client** is looking for a versatile and passionate **Sales Manager** to join their dynamic team as they are launching a new **hair brand business** in Johannesburg, with long-term plans for expansion across various cities and countries in Africa.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

+- 5 years of Sales / Brand Management experience, in the Hair/Beauty/Cosmetic industry **(essential)**
A tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar field is highly advantageous

Excellent understanding and ability to implement marketing and business development strategies

Strong analytical and creative skills

Data-driven mindset and up to date with marketing trends

Ability to grow and manage a team in the future

Key Responsibilities Include

Analyse brand insights and market trends

Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies

Communicate and negotiate collaborations with stakeholders

Store Manager for the JHB flagship store/showroom, ensuring outstanding visual merchandising and solid general operational and administrative responsibilities

Develop business strategies for profitability

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and increased sales
