Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer ServiceAchieve and exceed monthly targets.Deliver a superior customer experience through professional sales techniques and product knowledge.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.Store Operations & PresentationEnsure the showroom is consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing in line with brand standards.Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and stock management.Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure the store runs efficiently and meets performance objectives.Teamwork & ManagementWork closely with the store team to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance environment.Assist with team motivation and supervision where required.Contribute to the ongoing development of sales strategies to achieve company goals. Minimum Requirements:Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.Experience: 510 years of proven retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, home décor, or a related industry.Skills & Attributes:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Highly self-motivated and results driven.Professional, well-presented, and customer focused.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
