Durban, South Africa Zietsman Architects Full time

An Architectural firm in Durban North recruiting for an HR and Office Administrator. This is a half day position from 08.00 to 13.30.

**Human Resources Management**:

- Manage HR Lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts and performance documentation
- Coordinate and track leave, attendance, and timekeeping systems
- Support management in implementing HR Policies and ensuring compliance with labour legislation. Assist with performance reviews, training and development initiatives
- Handle employee queries, welfare and workplace culture initiatives

**Office Administration**:

- Assist in preparation of Proposals and agreements
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-functioning work environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment and maintenance coordination
- Handle correspondence, filing and document control
- Support directors and project team leads with travel arrangements, client liaison, service providers and on-site contractors
- Finance Administration
- Marketing and Social Media knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Own Vehicle
- Diploma in HR Management
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience preferably in an architectural environment
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking and problem solving
