To support the Human Resource Manager in the delivery of the HR score card targets, goals and project initiatives, as well as day to day operational HR tasks

**Job description**:

- To drive recruitment and selection in order to meet the business unit’s current and future capability;
- To drive effective end to end management of the people processes for talent, performance management, EWP, BBBEE, and IR within the business unit
- To manage the coordination of and communication with all relevant stakeholders including management and employees
- To manage the efficient, timeous and accurate administration of HR and payroll related queries with the HRA within the agreed timeframes
- To compile, generate, analyse and report on HR statistics in order to facilitate quality decision making and meet legislative requirements within agreed timelines
- To assist the HRM with the implementation of projects and initiatives through data gathering, analysis, processes and administration
- To ensure timeous administration and resolution of all death claims, disability and retirement processes
- To coordinate the business unit recognition programme

**Minimum requirements**:

- Essential: 2 years knowledge of Recruitment and Selection
- Essential: 2-3 years knowledge of Performance Management
- Essential: 2-3 years knowledge of Learning and Development
- Essential: 2-3 years knowledge of Transformation and Change Management
- Essential: 2-3 years knowledge of Remunerations Systems and Benefits
- Essential: 2-3 years knowledge of Good HR Practices
