Requirements

- A relevant culinary qualification.
- Proven experience as a Head or Executive Chef, preferably in a high-volume catering environment.
- Own vehicle and valid drivers license
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, menu planning, and inventory management.
- Passion for teaching and developing other chefs.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in the food industry.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
