Job Purpose:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Filing Clerk to join their team.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- SharePoint navigation experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing large volumes of data (electronic and physical).
- Own transport or reliable commute (no accommodation provided).
Job Responsibilities:
Administration & Record Keeping:
- Maintain and file records electronically and in hard copy according to archiving procedures.
- Data Capturing:
- Conduct daily audits to ensure data accuracy.
File Storage & Labelling:
- Handle physical files, including manual handling and proper storage.
