As an intermediate phase blended learning facilitator, you will be responsible for driving student achievement by overseeing the culture and effectiveness of online learning, project-based learning, and independent student work time.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent leadership skills, and strong communication abilities. They will be responsible for creating a positive student culture around online learning and maintaining high behavioural expectations for all students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Using SPARK culture and behaviour management strategies
  • Reporting all damages to hardware to the School Operations Manager and filling out relevant incident reports if needed

The successful candidate will have a Grade 12 Certificate, be studying part-time towards a B.Ed. or PGCE in the Intermediate or Senior Phase, and have previous experience managing or working with primary school-aged children.
