**Job Purpose**:
The role is responsible for managing projects from inception to completion within the Human Capital division. The purpose of this role is to plan, execute, manage and finalise scoped HR projects and programs according to deadlines and within set budget and by utilising project management methodologies and practices. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members across the entire business unit landscape, third party contractors or consultants while leveraging technology (in collaboration with ITS) to deliver according to plan.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Ensure the HR strategy is implemented and integrated within areas of responsibility
- Manage end-to-end projects within the Human Capital Division
- Manage logistics and administrative requirements associated with workshops and training sessions
- Manage surveys and questionnaires as required
- Conduct research, analysis and benchmarking exercises as needed
- Embark on cost containment initiatives in order to maximise the benefits realisation of business objectives
- Support the management and control of budget
- Optimise technology to enhance internal and external customer expectations
- Runs complex project/programs from design and development to implementation/production
- Plan and schedule program and project deliverables, goals and milestones
- Liaise with project stakeholders on a ongoing basis
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals required documentation and presentations
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
- Actively track progress against business and/or project plans and manage any risks
- Share project metrics with key internal and external stakeholders to drive delivery of the project
- Complete post implementation reviews of projects and ensure lessons learned are used to improve the management of future projects
- Ensure regular and timeous reporting of information and delivery of reports to regulatory bodies
- Ensure that audit findings are addressed and minimized through appropriate corrective actions

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or relevant field at NQF level 7 with 3 - 5 years’ experience in Human Resources and advanced functional experience OR 5 - 7 years experience in Human Resources and advanced functional experience
- At least 3 years experience in coordinating and/or supporting business/ technology business processes
- A track record of successful project management, preferably including projects with a high degree of complexity using leading methodologies and processes
- Experience in managing third party service providers

**Knowledge and Skills**:
