Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a new business growth strategy, identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities to drive sales growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring effective communication and alignment around business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of results.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Manage a sales pipeline, prioritising and focusing on high-value opportunities to deliver consistent results and exceed targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in the water treatment industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through new business opportunities and relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Valid driver's license and clean credit record.
