Senior Sales and Technical Liaison

Company Overview: Placement Point is a well-established company based in Killarney Gardens.
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Technical Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our sales/distribution partners and clients, ensuring market pull. You will also manage projects from acquisition to site inspections, provide sales team support, and assist with designs using Silvestro software when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical support of sales/distribution partners and clients to ensure market pull
- Project management: acquisition, design, engineering of projects, and site inspections
- Provide sales team support, including assistance with main installers on sites and ensuring sites run smoothly
- Furnish site reports for main projects as required by management
- Assist with designs using Silvestro software when needed
- Buil
t strong relationships with contractors and promote their products - Organize and conduct sales-oriented and technical training for key partners, merchants, plumbers, engineers, and developers
- Organize consultants' visits for technical training and assistance
- CALL ON assigned merchants, making regular visits to support and participating in demo days to assist with trade sales and interacting with trade plumbers
- Utilize CRM for all sales activities (customer visits planning, contact reports, project information)
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the building industry and/or plumbing/sanitary industry
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the plumbing/sanitary field, with relationships to contractors and consultants, and international experience an advantage
- Experience on construction sites, hands-on sales and marketing skills
- MS Office, CRM, CAD (Autocad), REVIT/BIM application knowledge
- Negotiating skills and problem-solving abilities
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 Driver's License is not negotiable for this position
- Computer literacy: MS Office, CRM, CAD (Autocad), REVIT/BIM
About the Salary: The estimated salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive offer that reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent and investing in its employees' success.
