Business Development Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Liaison to join our team at West Coast Personnel. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with clients to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to identify new sales opportunities and communicate them effectively to the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving client KPIs, monitoring service levels, and handling escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
Our company is committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for growth and development. We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Matric qualification, marketing/sales qualification, and 2-5 years' experience in a similar field. You will also require strong attention to detail, computer literacy, and your own transport.
