Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth and maximize profit margins by effectively managing customer relationships and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to customer needs and exceeding expectations.
- Support existing clients with service-related requirements and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Conduct demonstrations, gather client feedback, and prospect new customers to drive business growth.
- Cross-functional collaboration with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Matriculation certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the motor industry.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and company staff.
Authority and Limitations:- No purchasing authority for capital expenditures.
- No credit note authority for operational expenditures.
