Job Title: Pre-Owned Sales Manager

The purpose of this role is to drive business objectives, sales targets, and revenue growth for pre-owned sales, while maximizing departmental efficiency and ensuring profitable operations in line with established targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage departmental finances to align with the budget and strategic company objectives, ensuring rental business quality meets company standards, including achieving order intake, invoicing, and gross profit targets.
  • Plan, prepare, submit, and drive the Pre-Owned Equipment Sales department to meet budget goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports as required, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports.
  • Lead the Pre-Owned Equipment Sales Department team, overseeing overall responsibility, including performance appraisals, payroll, departmental meetings, employee climate surveys, leave management, and promoting effective internal and inter-departmental communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company personnel policies, including hiring, terminations, compensation, benefits, discipline, grievances, safety, and training.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality customer interaction and service by guiding the sales team in securing new business, building client partnerships, and creating tailored solutions.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to all administrative procedures accurately.
  • Oversee the sales team's development and performance within their assigned sales areas, ensuring they maintain acceptable levels of coverage, growth, and profitability within their territories.
  • Foster customer service excellence by maintaining strong relationships and effective communication with customers.
  • Expand the department in alignment with company goals and requirements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement operational innovations.
