Main Purpose of Job:

The primary objective of this role is to achieve maximum sales of pre-owned vehicles while ensuring maximum profit margins.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Customer Satisfaction: Meet or exceed QCSI standards.
  • Revenue Growth: Generate profitable business by meeting or exceeding set targets, budget, and forecasts.
  • Client Expectation: Understand and meet or exceed client needs, requirements, and expectations.
  • Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Benchmarking: Benchmark performance against other dealerships.
Relationships and Personal Activities:

This role requires strong relationships with customers and company staff.

Limits of Authority:
  • Capital Expenditure: No purchasing authority.
  • Operational Expenditure: No credit note authority.
Main Job Functions:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Addressing customer queries and complaints in a proactive manner.
  • Providing excellent customer service on the showroom floor and via telephone.
  • Supporting existing clients with service-related requirements.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate administration, meeting deadlines.
  • FOLLOWING UP ON REFERRALS.
  • Preparing and delivering vehicles to customers in a timely manner.
  • Conducting after-sales service and demonstrations.
  • Prospecting new customers and cross-departmental disciplines.
Experience and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Matric qualification.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the motor industry.
  • Computer literacy.
