Job Summary:

TalentCru is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our national footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a call cycle to meet with clients, outlets, and stores to promote our brand and products.
  • Meet outlined sales targets for new business and grow our national footprint.
  • Represent our brand in a professional manner and consistently meet with new and existing clients.
  • Implement a high-touch key account methodology to delight clients and ensure demand for stock can be met by managing orders.
  • Complete sales reports and provide sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Sales Representative in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Must have a reliable car and be able to travel to and from clients.
  • Have a sound understanding of Key Account Management Methodology and be able to plan impactful call cycles.
  • Proven sales experience and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
