Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:
Micah Govender Developments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales teams, and create marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Consulting and Advisory: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on business strategy, operations, and management.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Matric, Tertiary Qualification with a minimum of 120 credits, and a valid driver's license.
- Experience: At least 1 year of face-to-face sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: R15,000.00 per month.
- Uncapped Commission: Earn a competitive commission on sales and revenue growth.
- Benefits: Laptop, cellphone, R350 tech allowance per month, medical aid, and pension benefits.
