Recruitment Business Development Specialist

A dynamic recruitment company, Micah Govender Developments, is seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join their team remotely.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage and beyond. This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Identify and develop strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates and brief them on the opportunities offered by clients.
- Interview and Offer Management: Manage the recruitment process through the interview to offer stage, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate salary packages and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates.
- Networking and Business Development: Build relationships with clients and candidates to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's network.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Experience as a recruitment consultant is beneficial
- A strong track record in sales, networking, and client development
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong commercial business acumen
