About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support our team in Dubai with experience in managing the recruitment lifecycle, preferably in the construction, engineering consultancy or design sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global sourcing of talent specific to sustainability, environment and other specialist engineering areas
  • Developing solid relationships with internal management to provide a high level of customer service, ensuring current and future talent acquisition requirements are met
  • Ensures effective use of our applicant tracking system
  • Manage end to end recruitment life cycle, from initial advertisement to handover to onboarding
  • Leverages technology to support recruitment and staffing initiatives
  • Knowledge of GCC employment law and legislative requirements
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
