**Job Title:** Front Desk Reception
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Assisting clients at the front desk
- Communicating daily statistics to the sales team
- Assisting with debtors' invoicing and receipts
- Processing transactions on Pastel
- Booking accommodation
Requirements:
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Pastel software experience (advantage)
- Excellent communication and work etiquette
What We Offer:
