**Job Summary**

Profile Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant files, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Verify and process billing information to ensure it corresponds to lease agreements.
  • Allocate tenant receipts and investigate any unallocated receipts to clear against tenant accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect and process monthly rental payments for our portfolio of properties.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure all vendor paperwork and accounts are up to date.
  • Record account expenses by cost centre and invoice details, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance (advantageous)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Property experience (advantageous)
  • Collections experience (advantageous)
  • SAGE experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service
