We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD in East London. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a call centre to receive and process fuel orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our clients.
  • Coordinate the ordering of fuel, managing and communicating any changes via our Fueled system.
  • Compile daily delivery schedules, maximizing vehicle utilization and submitting to the Logistics Manager for distribution to transporters.
  • Proactively work with retailers to prevent stock shortages and ensure seamless delivery of fuel products.
  • Monitor orders to maximize minimum order quantities and minimize lost business opportunities.
  • Resolve dealer queries and remind them of order and delivery dates, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Deal with transporters, addressing queries and providing information on scheduled deliveries.
  • Monitor credit limits and collaborate with internal stakeholders to minimize financial risk.
  • Perform general administration tasks, ensuring all sales and purchase orders are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Prepare and send purchase and sales orders to transporters and the Debtors Department.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Certificate in Customer Service
  • Qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics advantageous
  • Excellent command of English
