About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Data Centre sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Data Centre market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Data Centre market.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales specialists to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Data Centre market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the Data Centre market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team of sales specialists.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
