Strategic Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets for capital expenditure
- Meet and exceed customer requirements for RFQs
- Align with customers' global CAPEX and procurement needs
- Engage in sales cycles from 6 to 24 months
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Organize and facilitate roadshows and workshops
- Identify sales opportunities and create value proposals
- Manage contracts and negotiate deals
Requirements
- Mechanical or electrical engineering, project management, or MBA degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in mechanical and electrical engineering
- Knowledge of beverage and packaging industries
- Customer-centric approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Team player with a 'can-do' attitude
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional presentation skills
- Data analysis and customer trend awareness
- Will to travel regularly
- Fluent English; French and German are an advantage
