Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Specialists to join our team. As a hybrid role based in Gauteng South, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to identify their insurance needs and selling suitable policies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will also have a proven track record in face-to-face business, a minimum of 2 years' experience in the commercial insurance industry, and hold relevant qualifications such as FAIS credits or full insurance qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver high-quality customer service to portfolio clients and ensure a low lapse rate
- To actively source and grow your portfolio of clients
- To screen new business and ensure that your portfolio does not pose a threat to Sanlam's risk pool
- To work efficiently and effectively to meet business targets and key deliverables
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in face-to-face business
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the commercial insurance industry
- FAIS credits or full insurance qualifications
- A valid code B driver's license
- Ability to plan and manage time efficiently
- Results-oriented and self-motivated individual
