About the Role
Momentum, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a highly skilled Retail Development Consultant to join its team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for crafting and maintaining strong partnerships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to engage and retain IFAs, ensuring they have access to the resources and support needed to thrive.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote our products and services, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, using this insight to inform our sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 3-year BCom degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or Legal.
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of risk assessments, claims, underwriting, tax, and business assurance.
