About the Role:
The Call Centre Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, coordinating the effective operation of the call centre management system, and operating the switchboard to correctly refer client queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the efficient handling of client inquiries and provide accurate information
- Operate the switchboard to ensure seamless communication between clients and staff
- Perform administrative tasks to maintain updated contact and duty information
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Certificate in Office Administration, Grade 12, and experience in a call centre environment. Additionally, you should have knowledge of Google, Google Mail, Meditech systems, MS Excel, and MS Word.
