Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitating Day-to-Day Requests: As a Customer Service Support Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating day-to-day administrative requests received from external call centres. This will involve communicating information to external call centres or external clients in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Performing Administrative Duties: You will perform all administrative duties, including the finalisation and actioning of requests such as additions, increases, reinstatements. This will also include facilitating and scheduling debit order deductions and changes.
  3. Collaboration and Feedback: You will provide voice recordings and feedback to the complaints department where complaints are being lodged. Additionally, you will contribute to collaboration meetings with external call centres and report to the manager on the status per call centre in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Clerk.
  4. Record Keeping and Reporting: You will keep a record of all voices on new business as well as administrative changes placed on the Secure FTP. You will also write and collate input regarding administrative requests, problem areas, progress, production, and quality feedback.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong attention to detail. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in customer service or administration is preferred.
