- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, answer telephone calls, and handle telephonic requests.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, register documents on the electronic document tracking system, and follow up on issues arising in documents and minutes.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Education: Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, advanced Microsoft Office skills, sound judgment, and strong administrative skills.
