Senior Business Development Representative

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at HR Studio as a Senior B2B Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Sales and Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Business Development: Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze market data, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and sales strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with experience in CRM and sales software.
