Job Title: New Business Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Representative to join our team at Paqueta Personnel. As a New Business Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales and business development objectives by identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Conduct regular meetings with the Head of Customer Relations to identify opportunities and resolve challenges
  • Prepare and present new business plans to achieve objectives
  • Identify new potential business opportunities and maintain an effective communication network
Requirements:
  • Matric (compulsory), Tertiary education preferable
  • Knowledge and ability to use MS Office portfolio of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comprehensive understanding of Sales in the Services industry
  • At least 4 to 5 years New Business Acquisition experience including Cold Calling
  • Experience in a Service Industry ESSENTIAL
  • Must have a solid Sales Lead Generating background ESSENTIAL
  • Must have experience in client relationship management/customer service
  • Call Centre Experience a plus
  • Good Computer skills
  • SA Citizens only
  • Must be Criminal Clear
  • Must reside in the greater Johannesburg area
  • Must have excellent business acumen
