Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly responsible for managing Field Sales Managers and sales support
  • Developing product knowledge relevant to extended warranty, maintenance, and service plans
  • Managing and assigning in-house training as well as on-site dealer training and support
  • Building dealer loyalty and increasing dealer satisfaction through partnership, professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, a positive attitude, and a business-like appearance in every customer experience
Requirements:
  • Matric / N3 Certificate RE1 and RE5 Tertiary
  • Sales Qualification and/or Certification
  • Desirable 5 -8 years experience in selling Finance and Insurance products - under supervision if not yet FAIS accredited
  • In possession of RE1 and RE5 certification
  • 5 -8 years of Account Management experience within the Short-term Insurance and Automotive Industries
  • Automotive industry-specific product knowledge and application is a must
  • Solid knowledge of the operational requirements within the Finance and Insurance Industry
  • Firm understanding of the South Africa Short Term Insurance Regulatory Framework and related legislations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, finance, and insurance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
