Position Overview

The expansion of our business offerings has led to the establishment of the OUTsurance Broker Tied Agent Model. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding the business insurance portfolio by cultivating a book of short-term insurance.

The individual will be tasked with selling both personal and commercial insurance lines through proactive prospecting and canvassing for new business opportunities.

Qualifications Required
  • Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate
  • Possession of a reliable vehicle with consistent access
  • Valid code B driver's license
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in external sales within a face-to-face selling context
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management

Essential Requirements for FAIS Representatives
  • FAIS credits or Full Insurance Qualifications (as per Dofa)
  • RE5 certification (as per Dofa)

Additional Information

The OUTsurance Broker will report directly to the OUTsurance Broker Regional Manager and collaborate closely with the broader Commercial team. An ideal candidate will resonate with OUTsurance's core values of Awesome Service, Dynamic, Honest, Human, Passionate, and Recognition.
