International Customer Service Manager

At Call Centre Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Customer Service Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in customer service management to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Deliver first-class customer service at all times, providing clients with a range of unbiased travel options and meeting their needs through timely and effective solutions.
- Work collaboratively with Business Account Managers to identify new business opportunities and share relevant leads, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Coordinate closely with Ticketing and Finance teams to ensure seamless reservation and ticket issuance, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and account Service Level Agreements (SLAs), achieving personal objectives in alignment with company targets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of key products, services, and unique selling points, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Uphold and promote company values, behaviors, and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Fluent in Dutch, German, and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, ideally in an international contact centre setting, with a strong focus on customer relationship management.
- Strong computer skills and confident in internet navigation, with experience using CRM systems and other technology tools.
- Flexibility to work UK and US hours, as needed, to meet business demands and deliver exceptional results.
- A competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
